Nirvana (she/her) has dedicated the last 11 years to working in the field of ABA, starting off as a Behavior Technician who knew nothing about ABA and Autism. She created Mighty Oak ABA as a means of serving the community with access to high quality, dependable support towards meaningful change to whomever needs it. Nirvana strives to maintain a continued desire, committed drive, and profound enthusiasm for advocacy in the autistic and neurodivergent community. As a person of color, she believes in countering marginalization through collaborative community and high standards of services, delivered with acceptance, dignity, inclusion, compassion, and empathy.
Nirvana spends her free time enjoying the outdoors in the PNW nature.
